How the estimate works
The category model multiplies the selected per-user monthly baseline by the relevant user count and 12 months. Each category has a conservative low and high optimization factor. If a known monthly total is entered, that total becomes the current-state baseline while the selected category mix determines a weighted optimization range.
No result is a quote, business case or promise. A proper comparison includes implementation, migration, infrastructure, support, contract terms, internal effort, risk and the value of improved work.
